Enjoy demonstrations in the Galloway Demo Kitchen throughout the day by the Auldgirth Inn, Crafty Gin Distillery, Fraser Cameron, Ninefold Rum and forager Amy Rankine (Sat).

And finally, the huge Food & Drink Marquee is back once again with it’s amazing array of delicious, local, artisan products for you to try and buy.
