Auldgirth Inn Food Demos

Resident culinary maestro of The Auldgirth Inn, Arran Seymour is set to get taste buds tingling as he’ll be showcasing his skills in the Food & Drink tent at this year’s fair. Arran, who has not only survived but thrived in one of Gordon Ramsay’s kitchens, will be providing 3 demos each day, all centred around cooking game.

The Auldgirth Inn, ideally nestled between Dumfries and Thornhill, has been building a well-earned reputation for offering up mouth-watering cuisine using locally sourced produce, and we’re delighted to welcome them along to Galloway Country Fair 2019.
